Jen Fontaine was out voted by one vote by Andover's Kate Kamer for Player of the Year Award. Both Kamer and Fontaine will have the honor of playing in the State All-Star game with other seniors which will be played in late November after the State Tournament is completed.

Other Middies that were selected were Captains Kacie McGlasson and Amanda Stafford. Seniors Kelly Nicolls and Sarah Dahlinger also made the team. Sophomore Sue Kelly was the only Middies underclassman represented.

The Middies also earned the Sportmanship Award which is presented to the team that shows the best sportmanship during the season.

The all-star team is consisted of the 44 best players in the league. League champion Chelmsford had the most players and Central Catholic followed with 8 players. The All-Star game will be played on Sunday, October 28 at 1:00 pm at Andover High School's Lovely Field. The boys game will follow at 3:00 p.m.
